We endeavour to only collect personal information we deem necessary for effective and efficient interaction with you.

communicate with you about our services;
support people affected by cleft lip/palate in New Zealand; and
raise awareness of cleft lip/palate in New Zealand.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter your contact details, we’ll be unable to get in touch with you.
We keep your information safe by storing it in a secure data storage service and only allowing our staff/volunteers to access it who have signed our confidentiality agreement.

We try to collect personal information directly from you (unless it is unreasonable or impractical for us to do so). We take reasonable steps to keep your personal information accurate and up to date.

We will not rent, exchange or sell mailing lists of our members to other organisations.
