Order your copy of the Blue Book

The Blue Book covers all aspects of treatment from birth to late teenage years.

If you would like to order a hardcopy of the Blue Book, please email us at info@cleft.org.nz.

This resource is free for families of children born with a cleft. For professionals, or if you are able, a donation of $20.00 would be appreciated to cover the costs of production and postage. Cheques can be made out to Cleft New Zealand Incorporated and sent to PO Box 13385, Onehunga, Auckland. Or you can pay by online banking. If you choose this option we will e-mail you with our bank account details.
